Honobia is on the prowl for BIGFOOT! This year many of the Bigfoot enthusiasts throughout the United States are planning to rendezvous at the festival.

Mid-American Bigfoot Research Center will host this year's conference with the theme "How to conduct your own Bigfoot research" with keynote speakers: Dr. Jeff Meldrum, Associate Professor of Anatomy and Anthropology at Idaho State University. Other speakers include Randy Harrington, Senior Field Researcher for Mid-America Bigfoot Research Center.

Free admission, Great Food, 5K Run, ATV Bigfoot Hunts, Music, Games, Horse Drawn Covered Wagon, Handmade Arts and Crafts and Art Show, Campfire and Story Telling and Fun for the whole family!

Festival Location!
This coming festival will find those attending, stretching out on the forty acres of Kiamichi Mountain Mission Campgrounds. These accommodations provide plenty of parking, unlimited camp sites, RV hook-ups, mens/womans bath houses and other buildings. Little River flows on the wooded north side and offers good cover for Bigfoot to hideout!

Kiamichi Campgrounds is located on the corner of State Highway 144 and the Indian Trail Highway at Honobia.

Festival is being held October 3 & 4, 2008. 8am to 9pm Friday the 3rd and 8am to 6pm Saturday the 4th.
